"I Only Know It's True"

There is something wrong,
Deep down inside of me.
All though I think some have noticed,
I don't think they really see.

I've no passion for anything,
Like my ability to care is gone.
There is no desire,
My whole life feels wrong.

I try to reach out,
Wrest myself from this limbo.
But it follows me,
No matter where I go.

I don't know how to fix it.
I don't know what to do.
I don't know why I feel so empty,
I only know it's true.
