“Sleep”
The thunder rolls,
The rain is torrent.
Who am I to struggle,
Against the current.
I just want,
To sleep.
Will I ever do that again?
A sleep so deep.
I am so tired.
I long for a retreat.
But honestly,
I just want to sleep.
